UNITE THE VEIL GUARDIANS
Form a team of up to 7 companions, including a detective, assassin, and necromancer. Each character has a rich and detailed backstory, and you can befriend and even romance them. Each brings their own unique skills and abilities to the battle. You won’t be alone — decide who to bring into battle to fight demons, dragons, and corrupted gods.

• Recruit unique companions. Your squad will have a variety of personalities with dark and surprising pasts, their own problems and desires, as well as rare skills that will help you survive. Scout Harding, Detective Nev, Necromancer Emmrik, Dragon Hunter Taash, Grey Warden Davrin, Veilwalker Bellara, and Mage Slayer Lucanis will fight alongside you.
• Compelling Companion Stories: Develop relationships with your companions and learn more about them as you adventure across Thedas. Your decisions shape the outcome of these stories, and completing them may grant you powerful new abilities. Bond with your team to enhance your experiences in Thedas and give you new reasons to fight for peace.

A new hero, Rook, will appear in the world of Dragon Age. You will be able to choose a race, combat class, and background for your character, as well as customize the appearance to your taste. The choice is yours. During your adventures, you will gain new abilities and find unique powerful artifacts that will help you improve your combat style. Get ready to make difficult decisions, inspire allies, and wage a fight in which you will need every sword, staff, and bow.

• Be who you want to be. Create your own unique character with a comprehensive character builder. Choose from a variety of appearances for humans, qunari, dwarves, and elves.
• Play the way you want. Choose from 3 classes (Warrior, Mage, or Rogue), each with 2 weapons and unique abilities to choose from. Use fast attacks, parries, and dodges with the companions' ability wheel to hit your enemy's weak spot, and achieve victory with devastating combat combos. Create a fighting style that suits you.
• Well-developed role-playing component. Increase the level of the character and your companions with the help of the skill tree. Choose available features and combat abilities, and also open powerful specializations.
